Recordings Page - $2,500 (limit 1)
- Place your name/logo on our recordings page where attendees can watch replay of the live broadcast for up to one full week after the event has ended.

- Place your name/logo on the pre-event "Kick-off Party".

Swag Offer - $500 (no limit)
- Provide a special offer to all of our event attendees.

- Swag card includes your logo, offer value (e.g. "Save 20%"), supporting sentence, and a call-to-action button (text + URL).
Promo Slide - $500 (limit 15)
- A promotional slide to display during breaks between live sessions.
- Sponsor to provide 1920x1080 artwork in PNG or JPG format for approval.
Pitch During Opening/Closing Remarks - $500 (limit 6)
- Your promo slide will appear on screen with a 30-second spoken pitch from the event emcee.
- Must also select the Promo Slide benefit.
Ad Break - $1,000 (limit 24)
- Promote your product or services to live attendees during the event.
- Ad breaks appear immediately before or after most scheduled sessions (8 breaks per broadcast day, on average).
- Sponsor to furnish 30-second 1080p video for approval.
Pre-event Email - $3,500 (limit 6)
- We will send one (1) email to the entire event mailing list dedicated to you.
- Dates available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Must submit content for approval in order to secure a scheduled send date.
- Must be scheduled prior to the first day of the event.
Post-event Email - $4,500 (limit 2)
- We will send one (1) email to the entire event mailing list dedicated to you.
- Dates available on a first-come, first-served basis.

On-Demand Session - $2,000 (limit 10)
- One (1) recorded session up to 25 minutes in length.
- Will be displayed on both your sponsor page and the recordings page.
- Sponsor is responsible for development and delivery of session materials.
- All content must be reviewed and approved by the organizing team.
- We can provide professional production services to help your session look and sound its best.
Break-out Session/Round Table - $2,000 (limit 6)
- Sponsor one (1) of our ~30 minute mid-day, break-out sessions where attendees can join to learn, share experiences, network, review new trends, and discuss best practices.
- You can furnish the title/topic of conversation and nominate speakers/facilitators or sponsor in-name only.
- Includes additional social media recognition and promotion of the speaker and session commensurate with non-sponsored sessions.
Scheduled Session - $3,500 (limit 6)
- One (1) recorded session up to 25 minutes in length with a dedicated time slot in the live broadcast.
- Sponsor is responsible for development and delivery of session materials.
- All content must be reviewed and approved by the organizing team.
- We can provide professional production services to help your session look and sound its best.

Live Captioning - $7,500 (limit 1)
- Every year we provide live, human captioning to make our event more accessible for all attendees. Now you can sponsor this attendee benefit!
- Place your name/logo on our live broadcast page alongside the embedded caption track, directly beneath the video feed.
- Sponsorship includes three (3) additional social media recognitions (before, during, and after the event), logo embedded on our captioning slide during opening remarks and break loops, and named thanks/recognition throughout the event whenever captioning is mentioned to attendees.
Speaker Coaching - $7,500 (limit 1)
- We provide dedicated coaching sessions with an expert coach to all of our selected speakers.
- Sponsorship includes special recognition on the event homepage and opening remarks and special promotion to speakers in advance of the event.
- Can also provide a special gift for speakers.
Video Production - $5,000 (limit 1)
- We professionally produce and edit every session and all pre-recorded segments of our live broadcast. We also run post-production on any educational segments that are delivered live (e.g. presentations and workshops).
- Sponsorship includes special recognition on the event homepage and opening remarks and special promotion to speakers in advance of the event.
- Can also provide a special gift for speakers.
Give-Away
Attendees will have the opportunity to win sponsored prizes in a give-away held during the live broadcast.

Give-away Small Prize – $100 (limit 6)

- Host a guided/hands-on workshop up to 2 hours in length.
- Workshop will be included in the official event agenda and limited seats will be available.

- Attendees will have the opportunity to register for workshops within the regular registration form and can opt-in any time thereafter, including during the live broadcast.

Our events have regularly received favorable coverage from WPTavern, Post Status, and other leading WordPress news sources.
While future coverage is never a guarantee, it is fairly likely that they will publish news about our future events as well.
Paid Outreach
In 2023 we will allocate roughly 10% of each event's budget to paid marketing channels to help attract new attendees.
We'll focus most of the attention on YouTube ads with a smaller portion going towards Reddit, Facebook, and Instagram.

What is a 'Sesh event?
Our virtual conferences are designed to bring web professionals together for a unique, live experience that will help them improve their businesses and professional skills.
The content is highly curated and professionally produced to provide the best possible experience for attendees, presenters, and sponsors. Every presenter is hand-picked and each topic is selected to specifically complement or build on the others.

Why choose a virtual event?

Who's behind these events?
The Sesh events are organized by WPSessions, a training and education platform built exclusively for professionals working with WordPress. Since 2013, WPSessions has hosted many of the world's foremost WordPress experts - more than 300 to date.
Since 2016, Brian Richards, founder of WPSessions, has independently organized both WordSesh and WooSesh, two highly engaging virtual conferences for WordPress and WooCommerce professionals, respectively.
Additionally, Brian has produced full-scale conferences for other organizations and served as a lead organizer and volunteer for both WordCamps and non-WordPress events alike.
