Ben Meredith is obsessed with Customer Support.

Over a decade ago he got involved in technical support the same way most everyone does: as a stepping stone to the real goal: become a developer!

It only took a few months of being in the trenches of support for him to start telling people that he no longer wanted to be an engineer when he grew up: he was hooked on technical support, specifically the troubleshooting and communication aspects of it.

He quickly grew to become the Head of support for a popular startup in the WordPress space before it was acquired by a larger host. He's still with that company, now over 5 brands (and the technical support teams for each).

He's also still daily obsessing over that dopamine hit that happens when a customer goes out of their way to tell the world with a 5-star review how great one of Ben's team members did supporting them.
